Religious instruction at Windera State Schools is delivered by the Barambah Ministers Association and is non- denominational. Students in Years 1–6 have the opportunity to attend religious instruction. Their participation in religious instruction depends on the information given by a parent or carer on enrolment.
Religious instruction in our school reflects the school community. Classes are taught by approved instructors from various faith groups using a curriculum authorised by the Barambah Ministers Association.
Parents can withdraw their children from religious instruction by informing the school in writing. The school provides an alternative program for students who do not attend religious instruction.
